 Ways to Get Help!

There are a couple of ways to get support. 

 Use Your Workspace AI Chat Assistant 

You can search articles or send a message directly to the Nectir Support team. 

  1. Select the circled ? at the bottom left of your Nectir Workspace (accessed by clicking on the Nectir AI link in your Canvas course).
  2. A window will appear on the right with two help options.

You can browse articles by selecting the Search for help or you can send Nectir AI support a message.
