Where can I access SpeedGrader?

You can access SpeedGrader through:

• Assignments Links to an external site.
• Quizzes Links to an external site.
• Graded Discussions Links to an external site.
• the Gradebook Links to an external site.

1. Returns to Grades/Gradebook
2. To post or hide the assignment Links to an external site., click the Visibility icon 

3. Settings icon. SpeedGrader settings include:

   • Options [4], which allows you to select student list sorting options Links to an external site. and enable anonymous grading Links to an external site..
   • Keyboard Shortcuts [5], which opens a list of keyboard shortcuts for SpeedGrader. You can also press the Shift+Question Mark keys simultaneously.
   • Help [6], which opens the Instructor SpeedGrader guides Links to an external site..
4. Download submission
5. View menu (view pages, Zoom, Expand page)
6. Annotation tool
7. Provide grade & use Rubric
8. NEW: Preset comments!

 

To hide the student names, click the Hide student names in the SpeedGrader checkbox.

Note: If the checkbox to hide student names is not visible in SpeedGrader settings, anonymous grading has been enabled for the assignment.

Select Save Settings button. 

Your View: When Hiding Student Names

View the student drop-down menu and verify that all student names are hidden. Student names display as generic names such as Student 1, Student 2, etc.
