Windows & MAC Key Shortcuts
Finish faster!
Use keystrokes to quickly format your content. When I work with faculty in course design I like to share a couple of keyboard shortcuts:

Paste without formatting Paste without existing formatting. Pasting with formatting can be problematic as it may affect the way your page looks in Canvas. This is especially important to use when you begin editing in the HTML Editor. |
Control + Shift + the V key | Command + Shift + the V key |
| Undo | Control + Z | Command + Z |

Find/Search Very useful if editing in the HTML Editor. |
Control + F | Command + F |
| Bold | Control + B | Command + B |
|
Italic Use this sparingly as the slanted text may be difficult to read for some students. |
