Finalizing Grades in Canvas

• Double check assignments are categorized and weighted correctly (How do I weight the final course grade based on assignment groups? Links to an external site.)
• Make sure all assignments that are supposed to count towards the final grade have been assigned grades. Ungraded assignments are not factored into the final grade. In place of manually entering 0's it is also possible to assign a default grade to a grading column. Default grades can either be applied to all students or only students who have not yet received a grade. (How do I set a default grade for an assignment in the Gradebook?
