Getting Your Keys

Key requests are made via the online Key Request Form Links to an external site. on the Mesa College Administrative Services page. Links to an external site. The request must be approved by the immediate supervisor/dean and forwarded to the Business Office. Faculty and Staff will be notified via email when the keys/codes are available. Once notified, keys can be picked up in the College Police Office, Q100.

Alarm Codes

Alarm code requests are made in conjunction with key requests. So if you are being issued a key to an area that is equipped with an alarm, you will also be receiving an alarm code to use for that area. Mesa College Police will give you your alarm code when you pick up your key.
