Following Your Interests Can Lead to Great Topics

Research topics can come from anywhere.

Let's say you are a Star Wars fan and you are looking at Star Wars trivia and you come across this 43 second TiK Tok video:

Perhaps you've never heard of Las Soldederas and you think to yourself "hmmmm, this could be a good topic for that paper I need to write for class". So you search for Las Soldederas on Tik Tok and find this video:

Great! You found a topic but now what do you do? Click the "next" button at the bottom right hand corner to figure out how to turn your interest into a topic for your paper.
