Promise Orientation Requirement for Fall 2026 Students

Welcome to Mesa College!

As a new Fall 2026 Promise student, you are required to complete a Promise Orientation to maintain your eligibility for the San Diego Promise Program.

☀️ Option 1: Attend Summer CRUISE Spots Full

Summer CRUISE is Mesa College's premier onboarding experience designed to help new students start their college journey with confidence.

Through CRUISE, students will:

Learn about Promise Program requirements
Connect with campus resources and student support services
Meet fellow incoming students
Participate in workshops designed to help you succeed during your first semester
Get connected with a Peer Navigator
Learn important information about enrollment, financial aid, and student success
Enjoy a free lunch! 🍽️

📌Option 2: Can't Attend Summer CRUISE? Spots Full

Don't worry.

If you were unable to register for Summer CRUISE because of a scheduling conflict or because sessions filled before you were able to sign up, you can complete your Promise Orientation by attending one of our Mesa Enrollment Support Days. These events satisfy the Promise Orientation requirement for new Promise students.

Important Information

Students may attend one session or multiple sessions based on their needs.
Registration Help is available if you still need assistance preparing for Fall 2026.
Please allow extra time for parking and check-in if attending the Campus Tour.
💻 Option 3: Zoom/ Virtual Orientation
If you were unable to register for Summer CRUISE or one of the Mesa Enrollment Support Days, or if you are unable to attend an in-person orientation...

We are offering a Virtual Promise Orientation for students who still need to complete the Promise Orientation requirement.

💙 You're Almost Ready!

As long as you continue meeting Promise requirements and complete a Promise Orientation through either Summer CRUISE or an approved August Make-Up Session, you'll be on track for Fall 2026.
