Together, we'll explore the fundamental aspects of microbiology including taxonomy, structure, physiology, reproduction, genetics, control of growth, immunology and host-parasite relations. In lab, you'll learn how to culture and identify microorganisms and use the same tools as the professionals to identify would-be microbial pathogens.
