Then, please complete all three of the protocols below:

Demonstration Protocol: ELISA

  1. Watch the virtual ELISA protocol below.

  1. Record the results of the Indirect ELISA below in the Data Collection and Analysis section of your Lab Manual. NOTE: In the Discussion, it asks about the components of an indirect ELISA and then asks about patient Ag and lab Ab. Please correct these to patient Ab and lab Ag.
