  • The goal of Out2Enroll is to connect people who are LGBTQIA or allies to health insurance coverage options, especially for things like gender affirming care. Mostly focused on Affordable Care Act plans but has links to local organizations that can lend financial and insurance related advice.

  • The FREE Don’t Think Know Home Test Kit is a new way for you to get tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea in the privacy and comfort of your home.
  • The FREE I Know home test kitLinks to an external site. is currently available to young women, girls, transmen, and any person with a vagina in San Diego County ages 12 to 24 who are sexually active or have had sex in the past.

  • A sex-positive public health campaign that offers no-cost testing and same-day treatment and prevention options in San Diego. 
  • At this time, current funding permits them to offer services to men who have sex with men, and/or transgender women participants

  • $40 per visit. This includes a risk assessment and, if necessary, physical exam, comprehensive STD and HIV laboratory tests, treatments, recommended vaccinations and any follow-up visits within 30 days. This fee may be waived if you are unable to pay.  There is no fee for HIV testing only.
