  • Locate PowerPoint's Accessibility Checker and run an accessibility report. 
  • Interpret Accessibility Checker Inspection Results. 

Instructions

  1. Use the rubric as a guideline.
  2. If you haven't already, title your downloaded version of the Fix Me PowerPoint with your name. You may place it on your desktop for easy access. Note: If you need to download Fix Me PowerPoint, please visit the Home page. You only need to download the Fix Me PowerPoint once. You will be working on the same PowerPoint throughout the course. 
  3. Do not attempt to remediate or fix any inaccessible issues. Run the Accessibility Checker. 
  4. Observe what happens when you click on a couple of inaccessible issues in the Accessibility Checker. Review any errors, warnings, or tips. Explore the Additional Information section below the Accessibility Results. 
  5. Return to the course and continue the module.
