  • Description: The last year and a half brought us COVID-19, isolation, and an increased awareness of structural systems of oppression. For many, these circumstances impeded physical, mental, and emotional well-being—teachers report feeling burnt out and overwhelmed and many students are left feeling stressed, discouraged, and disconnected. As faculty, we must take care of ourselves in order to improve the collective well-being of our students. This interactive session will provide space to discuss your well-being challenges, offer actionable wellness strategies, and empower you to cultivate healthy habits for yourself and the students you serve.
